My story

I have been there. Done that.


I didn't come to leadership coaching through a textbook. I came through 30+ years of real organizational life — leading teams, navigating complexity, making the hard calls, and experiencing firsthand the moments that change how a leader sees themselves and the world around them.

I have coached hundreds of leaders — from emerging managers finding their footing to C-suite executives rethinking how they show up at the highest levels. And through all of it, one thing has remained constant: the leaders who grow the most are not the ones with the most talent. They are the ones with the most clarity.
